Battery Module Assembly for BMW
GRSE automated a new generation of battery connector assembly lines at the intersection of EV manufacturing and industrial robotics.
The system was built on Beckhoff PLCs with TwinCAT 3 and used object-oriented programming via PLCOpen.
The final product — cell connectors — powers electric vehicles by BMW.
