Automation for Dosing and Mixing Equipment
We delivered PLC and SCADA software development and commissioning for industrial mixing and dosing systems across food, chemical, and pharmaceutical production. The solution supports multiple platforms, including Siemens, Beckhoff, and Allen Bradley, ensuring flexibility across diverse environments. The project is part of a long-term collaboration, including continuous system support and close integration with engineering teams.
Tea Blending and Packaging Automation
We developed a full control system for a tea mixing and packaging line, covering ingredient delivery, blending, and weighing processes. The solution was built using WinCC and STEP7, with RFID-based recipe tracking for full production transparency. It includes multi-line visualization, reporting, and was later expanded with additional packaging lines.
AR-Supported Commissioning for Meat Processing Lines
We enabled remote commissioning of a meat production line when on-site access was restricted, using RealWear AR technology. Our team performed I/O testing, system tuning, and real-time process calibration under remote supervision. The project was delivered on time despite operational constraints.
