For end-to-end automation, we use frameworks like Cypress and Playwright. Enhanced by AI, these tools can autonomously create tests and perform “auto-healing”. However, strategy, complex case evaluation, and final approvals remain strictly under human oversight. The benefit to the client is a faster time-to-market, superior software quality, and optimized costs.

7. Which KPIs do clients use to measure their benefits of the Test Center?

Success metrics vary by client. However, a primary indicator we see is the identification of bugs in early development phases. The earlier a defect is detected, the more streamlined the remaining development process and the eventual release become.

8. When is the ideal time to engage an external Test Center?
